  • Submit your property to the Multiple Listing Services (MLS) which is available to agents in 30 countries
  • Prospect 2.5-3 hours daily and talk to a minimum of 20 people per day…looking for buyers and sellers.
  • Price your home competitively….to open the market vs. narrowing the market.
  • Develop and Write an effective list of features and benefits for the Brokers to use with their potential buyers.
  • Suggest any changes that may make your property more saleable
  • Contact, over the next 7 days….my buyer leads, Center of Influence, and Past Clients for their referrals and prospective buyers.
  • Showcase and enhance your property on Realtor.com.
  • Create ad through Postlets which populates hundreds of websites Including: FrontDoor, Google Base, HotPads, MySpace, Oodle, Trulia, Vast, Zillow, and others.
  • Advertise on Craigslist
  • Put up a professional yard sign:
  • Place a rider on yard sign with my mobile number
  • Place a rider on yard sign with an 800# Info Home Line designed to capture buyers
  • Follow-up on every 800# call and give you feedback
  • Place an electronic lock box on your property for maximum convenience for showings
  • Follow up with every agent that views your property
  • Mail “Just Listed” cards to homeowners surrounding your property
  • Knock on doors and market your property to in your neighborhood
  • Promote your property at company sales meetings and arrange a Broker’s Tour.
  • Promote your property at local Realtor Board Meeting.
  • Update you as to changes in the marketplace as it affects you property.
  • Contact all buyer leads, center of influence and past clients for prospective buyers.
  • Utilize my expert knowledge of Real Estate Financing to Pre-qualify all prospective buyers.
